Venn Mediation LLC

Referral partners

For Attorneys & Referral Partners

Mediation works best alongside good counsel. Venn works with attorneys, HR professionals, therapists, and financial advisors who see a matter that a structured, neutral process could serve.

What you can refer

Mediation & co-mediation

Family, commercial, workplace, and interpersonal matters. Depending on the matter, a co-mediation model can bring complementary perspectives, useful where parties differ sharply in style or where the matter spans legal and relational terrain.

Pre-litigation resolution

The window before filing is often the cheapest place to resolve a dispute. An invitation to mediate from a neutral practice can land where a demand letter cannot.

Attorney-supported mediation

Counsel are welcome in sessions, in preparation, and in review of any mediated terms. We structure engagements so mediation complements, never sidelines, the advice you give your client.

Facilitated negotiation & multi-party matters

Structured negotiation support and facilitation for matters with more parties, or more heat, than direct negotiation can carry.

What to expect from us

  • A conflicts and suitability review before any engagement
  • Clear written ground rules, including confidentiality terms, before sessions begin
  • No legal advice to participants, that lane stays yours
  • Communication with counsel structured however serves the client best
  • Prompt, honest feedback if we believe mediation is not the right tool for the matter

Making a referral

Call (212) 960-8366 or use the contact page. Please mention that you are an attorney or referral partner, and share only a general, non-confidential description of the matter. We will take it from there, including the conflicts review and outreach to the parties as appropriate.

The team’s backgrounds, law, arbitration, diplomacy, ombuds practice, are detailed on the mediator profiles.

Have a matter in mind?

A brief conversation is usually enough to tell whether it’s a fit, and we will be straight with you if it isn’t.
