This policy explains how information is handled on this website. It applies to the website only, not to mediation engagements, which are governed by their own agreement.

What this website collects

The only information this website collects is what you choose to type into the contact form: your name, email address, an optional phone number, your preferred contact method, the category you select for yourself and your matter, your preferred meeting format, and the message you write.

The form asks you not to include confidential, sensitive, privileged, medical, financial, or detailed legal information, and we ask that you follow that guidance. The website contact form is not a secure or confidential intake channel.

How that information is used

Submissions are used to respond to your inquiry and, if appropriate, to arrange an introductory conversation. They are not sold, rented, or shared for advertising.

Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site. It records pages viewed, approximate location, and how you arrived, and it sets cookies to do so. It is configured to anonymise your IP address, and advertising features and ad personalisation are switched off, so this data is not used to build advertising audiences.

The contents of the contact form are never sent to analytics. Nothing you type into the form, and nothing about the nature of your matter, is shared with Google or any other third party.

You can opt out across all sites using Google’s browser add-on, or by using your browser’s tracking-protection settings.

Service providers

The website is hosted by Vercel, and contact-form messages are delivered through Resend. These providers process the information only in order to host the site and deliver messages. Email sent to us afterwards is handled by Google Workspace.

Retention

Inquiries are retained for as long as needed to respond and to keep an ordinary business record of the contact. [A specific retention period will be stated here following counsel review.]

Your choices

Links to other sites

This website links to other organizations. Those sites have their own privacy practices, and this policy does not cover them.

Changes
